The property can accommodate up to 4 people and has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, equipped kitchenette and a cozy living room with pellet stove. The attic rooms give the house an intimate and particular character, perfect for couples, friends or families.

Outside, the private garden becomes the most precious space: jacuzzi for 4 people and ideal areas for relaxing, dining outdoors and enjoying the sunset in total tranquility.

On request, it is possible to transform a simple evening into an exclusive experience, with chefs at home in the garden and personalized services.

Guests will also have access to a private seaside pitch within walking distance, in an area of rocks where suggestive natural pools form: an authentic and reserved corner for enjoying Castiglioncello away from the most crowded places.

The property includes a private parking space and the possibility of organizing extra services such as NCC, bike and scooter rental, excursions and activities in the area.

Respect for peace and context

The property is located in an exclusive residential area, appreciated for its privacy and tranquility. To guarantee everyone a high-level stay experience, parties, events or gatherings that may cause disturbances are not allowed. Special attention is required to contain noise, especially after 22:00, with respect for the neighborhood and the surrounding environment. Violation of this rule will result in the application of a penalty of €400 and may result in the immediate interruption of the stay without the right to a refund.
